I actually do not like the DOT campaign because of the itsmorefuninthephilippines tagline. But that doesn’t mean I am pulling the Philippines down (with me) or I have crab mentality.

There is an obvious poor choice of words here. Fun is just, idk… too generic. 

All I really want to say is, if people actually liked the campaign, the drive to promote the Philippines through social media would be innate and would not be driven out of sarcasm.

Theory of motivation.

I love the Philippines. I am a proud Filipino. And because of that, I want DOT to come up with better campaigns in the future. itsmorfuninthephilippines, because we don’t settle for anything less.
